The Site Meeting

First we start the process with an initial site visit arranged at an appropriate time suitable for you, evening hours or weekends are not a problem.

During our visit you'll have the opportunity to talk us through the work needed, our team will asses the project while taking down notes, measurements and all required information needed in order to create an appropriate quotation.

Larger projects often require plans and applications, we can run through this with you and discuss any relevant specifications for the project.

The Next Step

The next step is to evaluate all the information received, now that we have established your needs our team will put together a free informative and detailed quotation which will be then delivered in person as part of our personal approach, or by email if requested.

You may request at any time a copy of our public liability insurance. Accidents can happen and nobody should do any work on your property unless appropriately insured. To view our current public liability insurance certificate please click the link found below.

Sometimes it is necessary to make an additional site visit depending on the size of the job and its specifications or for clarity. If this is needed we can arrange this at another time suitable to you.
